Returns Policy

• Return period

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return.
  • After registration, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

  • The product must be returned unused , undamaged and in the original packaging .
  • Products showing signs of use or incomplete may receive a partial refund or be refused.

• How do you return your product?

  • Please include your order number , reason for return and (if applicable) photos of any damaged or defective product.
  • We will send you the return instructions.

• Return Shipping Costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Refund

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless it was an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrectly delivered product).

Exceptions

Some products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged:

• Custom made or personalized products
• Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (if seal is broken)
