New DB Brick Chisel – Developed in Practice
The DB Brick Chisel is a custom-adjustable brick chisel, designed and tested in real-world conditions. After years of development, fine-tuning, and extensive prototype testing, the moment is almost here: a robust, well-engineered brick chisel that does exactly what it is intended to do.
The brick chisel comes standard with a 50 mm wide chisel blade. At a later stage, we will also offer a separately available 70 mm chisel blade via our website, providing additional flexibility in use.
The cutting distance can be easily and precisely adjusted using the rotary adjustment knob, allowing you to cut bricks effortlessly to any desired length.
Has the chisel blade worn out after intensive use? No problem. The blade is replaceable and will also be available separately through our website.
The photo shows the DB Brick Chisel in its current form. Since then, several small but important improvements have been made to further optimize the design. These refinements will, of course, be incorporated into the final production model.


Use of the DB Brick Chisel
The DB Brick Chisel is not suitable for extremely hard types of brick. If the brick is too hard, the result will be less satisfactory and the chisel may wear more quickly.
While working, you will naturally notice when you achieve a clean, precise cut—this is the moment you can feel that the chisel is well suited to the brick being used. Let the material and the cut guide you in choosing the right application.
